Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During high-volume periods or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Type + Print Stationery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Type + Print Stationery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at create@typeplusprint.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist as appropriate.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.
